KOGI GUBER: We Are Going All Out For Eng Musa Wada-Kogi Youth Round Table

A foremost socio political interest group, Kogi Youth Roundtable has thrown their weight behind the mandate of Engr Musa Wada in the November 16 gubernatorial election in the state.
In a statement made public by the National Publicity of the group, Comrade Jerry Ochada, the forum endorsed the ambition of Musa Wada at the end of its 27th Stakeholders council which reached a climax in Lokoja on Saturday.
According to the resolution, the decision of the youths to endorse Wada is in line with the obvious lapses of the incumbent governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello attested by majority of Kogites and Nigerians as an unrepentant failure.
Excepts of the statement read:
“Kogi Youth Roundtable is a household name in Kogi State foremost for criticizing the lingering deficits trending sour in the confluence state. It is on record that we have never at a point in time endorsed the ambition of any aspirant but the emergence of Engr Musa Wada as the flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is in tandem with the ideals of our forum which is good governance at its peak.
“The task to save Kogi State from sinking further is a major assignment for all Kogites in the forthcoming election. A vote for Engr Musa Wada is beyond ethnic agenda and every well meaning Kogite is strongly advised to do the needful by ousting the illogical leadership of Yahaya Bello from Lugard House. It is time for all Kogites to rise up and reclaim their rights by coming out enmasse in the November poll”.
“The ambition of Engr Wada is destined to save Kogi state from the lucid quagmire and untold sufferings that is choking the destinies of all Kogites and Kogi state. We urge all Kogites to rally round and support the triumph of Wada come November 16 because affliction must not rise the second time”.
The group further urged Kogites to support Engr Musa Wada by shunning intimidation and shady dealings schemed to disfranchise the teaming electorates.
