Kabba the city of Obaro, the ancestral home of Owe speaking people of Kogi state was agog as the next Governor of Kogi state, Admiral Usman Jibrin the Oggah Attah of Igala Kingdom today Sunday the 18th day of August, 2019 paid visit to his brothers/sisters and friends in the western senatorial districts of Kogi state.
This is the first leg of Admiral Jibrin’s tour of the seven local government areas in the district, continuation of his statewide tour ahead of the August 29th Primary election in the state.
Admiral Jibrin paid glowing attributes to HRM Obaro and acknowledged that he is the first to be received in the new extension of the palace.
He also gave glowing attributes to Hon.James Abiodun Faleke for his tremendous contributions to the political development of Kogi state
Admiral informed His Royal Majesty that he is lucky to have many friends and military colleagues in Okunland prominent among whom is General Ibilaiye.a
In recognition of his respect and love for Okunland, he engaged the royal father’s son of Owe kingdom Engr. Olushola George Olumoroti as the Director General of his campaign team.
No leader rises above the collective intellect of his people Admiral hinted the royal father that. He pointed out as well that any leader that cannot be approached and advised by his people can not come out well. Such unfortunately is our situation today in Kogi statej
These scenario created the need for us all to be involved in rescue mission for the sake of posterity.
