Kogi Guber; Igala Vanguard Commends Former Minster’s Peace Committee,Arch Aduku,Says He Is A True Igala Son

 

Igala Vanguard,a socio-political organisation has appealed to the warring PDP members, to toe the line of peace and salute the courage of Former Minister of Health,Arch Gabriel Yakubu Aduku for his statemanly approach towards the impasse
The body in a statement signed by Engineer Lawrence Akpa in lokoja, said the resolution will be in the best interest of the suffering kogites and the benefit of the people
Engineer Akpa assured the people of Igala race,PDP and the entire state that the peace moves by the former Minister, was based on his practical experience in the course of his political sojourn and the desire not to allow the Igala race, play a second fiddle in an unpopular goverrment of Yahaya Bello
The spokesman warned on the consequences of allowing the internal issues of PDP degenerate into a full blown crises,saying what kogi state government is waiting for, is to hijack and take advantage of the situation as campaign strategy in the November election
He said the choice  of Engineer Musa Wada, was already ratified by all and sundry,the entire state structure of the party, as well as the people from kogi East
Engineer Akpa enjoined the people of the state not to hesitate to remove the current leadership in the state,so as to bail out the people from the shackles of underdevelopment and poverty in the state
He said it is not out of place to explore all legal means to achieve good governance in kogi,provided it is meant to remove the current leadership in kogi state
He urged the peace committee led by Arch Aduku to do anything humanly possible to ensure rancourless situation towards the November election,describing Aduku as a peace maker and an astute son of Igala kingdom
