Hajiya Asmau Wada made this remark during the reception in honour of women leaders of various association, in the state,who promised to support the election of Musa Wada
‘I received women leaders from various association of women for good governance in Kogi state yesterday’.
The wife of the PDP candidate promised to ensure the 35% affirmative action for women in all areas of government ,unlike the present dispensation
‘We would ensure that representation in government would reflect gender balance, equity, non-partisanship and based on clear merit’.
Mrs Wada described Kogi state as home of all,as we must all join hands not minding creed, religion, association,section and political affiliaition to move Kogi state to the pedestal of development
‘KOGI is our home. Let us now turn it into the great State we know it can and should be.
Together, we shall build the KOGI of our dreams’.
Hajiya Wada thanked the women associations for the visit,while enjoin them to go all out to ensure massive support for PDP Candidate,Engineer Musa Wada in November election
