The Bello/Onoja group via the Facebook Wall of one Comr. Idris Omuya Ihima on May 14, 2020 as analysed below. These analysis are complicit and suspicious of internal knowledge of the expected verdict, aimed at derailing the judgement of the tribunal, which the whole world is awaiting. Usman okai Austin  is saying this loud and clear.

KOGI GUBER ELECTION COURT UPDATES:
HOW #GYB WILL DEFEATS #WADA

The Supreme Court held that the pre-election matter alleging forgery and false information in Engr Musa Wada primary school certificate was filed out of time. The Court also held that the judgement of the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja delivered on 25th March 2020 was a nullity because it was delivered without jurisdiction and outside of 180 days allowed by the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended. This one concern Wada and his fellow PDP members who see him as unqualified, not marketable & selleable candidate.

The Supreme Court had asked the Tribunal to accept the forensic analysis of Seven local government areas where the PDP candidate alleged irregularities and malpractice out of the 21 local government… though, the local government areas includes Okene, Adavi, Okehi, Ajaokuta, Lokoja, & two others. With this development, the PDP members and their supporters have started celebrating ahead of the judgment on the account of the supreme Court decisions. believing that the result of the disputed seven local government would be cancelled which they believe will automatically put the PDP candidate ahead of the APC candidate, His Excellency Gov Yahaya Bello and that will translate to victory of Engr. Musa Wada.

You can recall that without those local government, Governor Yahaya Bello still defeat Wada with slim merging. the aforementioned local government areas only widen the gap between the APC and the PDP candidates.

PDP/WADA said local government areas should be nullified by the court, and then declare them the winner of the election just like that, check this out;

1. If the results from those LG’s is cancels will the votes PDP/Wada got in those LG’s remain valid? #Nonsense.

2. If the cancels votes is more than the votes merging between the leading candidate and the runner-up their will be declare inconclusive and re-run will takes place in those LG’s, and if that happens don’t they knew that another Tatatatatata votes will happens again in those LG’s in favour APC/GYB again? #PeopleDeceivePeople.

3. Why didn’t you appeal & request the cancellation of results from the following LGA’s where you won with big margins like in:
Ankpa: PDP: 28, 108, APC: 11, 269,
Dekina: 16, 575 APC: 8, 748
Idah: PDP: 19, 962 APC: 4,602 etc.
#HypocritesoftheHighestOrder

4. From the final collation results APC/GYB scored 406, 222 votes to PDP/Wada 189, 704 votes with a winning margin of 216, 518 votes is the headache of PDP/Wada right? Gov. Yahaya Bello worked for it, because he is the guber candidate in the poll who went round the 21 LG’s of the state and remember his zone the Kogi Central votes was like that of Kano, Kaduna, Bauchi, Katsina votes during the 2019 general election so, keep quiet and humbly accept defeat.

5. Hopefully, at this juncture does PDP/Wada have any other option than to accept defeat and congratulate the Governor for tremedous and deserved victory if they so wishes?
#HumblyDoThisActofSportmanship

6. The difference is very clear without any contradictions betwwen a working candidate and a sleeping candidate.
#NeverFightAdivineCandidate.

I wish the election should be affirmed to avoid wastage of resource, time, energy, etc but in a situation of cancellation and order for re-run, PDP/Wada will have to contend with the APC & the Governor for second time in his stronghold. Majorly in Kogi Central where the votes will ring a heavy sound wave wihout hwving impetus for contention of the results again.

We are patiently waiting for the judgement to come peacfully, the mission is already on arrival, the burial date is what the court is preparing to fixed. May God spare our life till then. #GYBCEDO till 2023 we stand & project.

From the above, it is evident that Bello and his cohorts are dangerously playing high stake game aimed at subverting the course of justice in Kogi State.

What is happening typifies the ‘hands of Jacob but the voice of Esau’ and if Yahaya Bello and his camp think that they can use this ignoble tactic to sway the Courts, they have woefully failed.

Since the matter is before a Court of competent jurisdiction, it will be subjuduce to join issues with anyone. The Bello/Onoja team is therefore advised to await the verdict of the Court before taking to the court of public opinion and try to impose their wishes on the good people of Kogi State.
