Kogi Guber; Governor Bello ,Confiscated Handsets,Restricted APC Delegates 

The street of lokoja the state capital is agog with general madness of APC delegates car show, for Kogi governorship primary election billed for tomorrow, as delegates who could not afford a motorcycle, got a car gift to return Yahaya Bello as APC candidate
As part of the arrangement,mobile phones of all the delegates have been  confiscated and deposited with party leaders from the three senatorial zones, to avoid distractions from other candidates of the party who may want to woo delegates to vote for them
This is addition to camping them in lokoja Hotels that were fully booked and secluded just for APC delegates, attracted by Governor Yahaya Bello to return him at primary election
Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi state has pleaded with the chairman of APC primary election in Kogi and his Kano state counterpart to ensure the conduct of the primary , to avoid court injunction stopping the exercise
As early as 10am on Thursday,Governor Badaru of Jigawa state and chairman of the primary election committee for Kogi, has arrived the state capital Lokoja,expecting his other colleague and Governor Umar Ganduje to join him
Kogi Governor has pleaded with the two state governors to do anything humanly possible to ensure the primary election is conducted tomorrow and result declared before weekend
As at press time,the NWC of APC has cleared former CPC Director General,Babatunde Ayo Kunle Irukera to join the race,as anything can still happen before the exercise
Baring last minute decision of the NWC,kogi governor has cornered all the delegates of APC ,due to vote at the primaries with all sorts of juicy offer to support his second  term
A government owing workers arrears of salaries in the last three years of his administration, is not bordered on the welfare of the people, except his desire to return as Kogi Governor
