Kogi Guber: Eng Musa Wada, Greet All Kogites For Doggedness,Firmness,Says Yahaya Bello’s Victory Is Temporary

 

Governorship candidate of PDP in the last election in Kogi, has salute the courage and determination of kogites from all walks of life,for standing firm to defend their votes,inspite of affront and compromise from security agencies , INEC officials and paid thugs engaged by the state government,stating the obvious that the legal process will address the anomaly.
Wada dropped this statement in a chat in lokoja while assessing the roles of Kogi masses scattered round Kogi East, West and the Central Senatorial district, were election did not hold ,but result was written to favour the ruling party, APC .
Engineer Musa Wada said he is strongly convinced that the masses of the state who stood against the gun and highly compromised security agencies, deployed to the state muddled up by bought over electoral umpire have prove a point, that will be establish and ratify at the Tribunal and other levels of the courts.
He said for the first time in the history of Nigerian democracy, ill gotten wealth mop up to induce the electorates into vote buying to curry more votes was openly rejected by the determined voters, who want to change the destiny of the family,their generations and the ones yet  unborn .
The PDP candidate reiterated that it is only in Kogi,law enforcement agents were deployed against the armless people of the state,who were directly engaged in dispersing,shooting and intimidating voters,in many instances shot and kill voters who were out to vote out the inhuman APC led administration .
Engineer Wada said the deployment of Police helicopter by the State and Federal authorities,releasing teargas and gunshots to disperse eligible voters,was a glaring fight between the existing bad order,and the PDP.
He said the resistance of the gang up by the Federal, State government as well as the Local government whose role ordinarily is supposed to protect lives and properties of millions of kogites, that came out to exercise their franchise,but were been chased by open confrontation and gunshots had shown a greater revolution in our democratic system.
Engineer Wada commiserate with the people of the state who lost their loved ones, through the senseless gunshots of the compromised security agencies and hired thugs,those injured and particularly the victim of helicopter discharge hospitalised at the Federal Medical Centre lokoja.
Wada appealed to his teeming supporters to remain calm,and not to take laws into their hands,as both the local,foreign observers have made their position known to Nigerians and the world against the last election  .
He thanked Nigerians,the international communities, particularly the E.U,U.S,U.K and other pressure groups,for their timely reaction against the charade of APC led goverment in Kogi and the federal level,against the main opposition party, PDP who was out to wrestle power to improve the welfare of the people of the state .
The PDP candidate enjoined the local and international observers to assist in monitoring the legal process from the Tribunal to the Apex court,so as to ensure the expectations and yearnings of the people is not trampled upon, during the legal fireworks .
Wada said he will not toy with the mandate freely given to him as the PDP candidate, saying that billions of naira expended by the ruling APC under Yahaya Bello,yet find it difficult to attain success in the last election .
Wada assured the people of the Central that the day light defranchise of voters and forged results especially in the core central of Okene,Okehi and Adavi, will not stand the taste of modern justice,saying crises that erupted Ogori Magongo and Ajaokuta was orchestrated by the State and Federal authorities in the last election .
