Kogi Guber; Don’t Revisit Kogi CJ’s Removal;Group Warns Kogi Governor

 

Kogi Renaissance has handed a strong worded message to Kogi governor,Yahaya Bello over his concluded plans to remove state Chief Judge , Justice Nasir Ajanah, as it will amount to illegality and glaring persecution
Mohammed Onalo,PRO of the body,  while reacting the concluded plans by the state government, described the situation as laughable and capable of creating anarchy in the state and between the three tiers of government
According to Mohammed,it will amount to an extra judicial decision taken too far,in an attempt to draw the ire of public protest,if the plans is not declined
The state governor, envisaging the failure of the governors moves to remove the deputy governor through impeachment,has devised another means of removing the state Chief Judge,so as to preclude any hitch from the illegal exercise
Kogi governor’s relationship with the state judiciary had gone sour, over the failed attempt to remove the state Chief Judge,Nasir Ajanah from office
Governor Yahaya Bello desperate to secure a second term, had gone wild to tame any opposing factor that will deter him from returning to the leadership of the state, in November
It is on record that no state of the federation, had embarked on the removal of the CJ twice, as been planned by the state government under Yahaya Bello
Justice Ajanah played a prominent role to the ascension of Kogi governor in 2016,but frowned at the style of leadership of the state governor in the last four years
