Campaign Office of Abubakar Ibrahim has advised former Kogi Lawmaker,Sani Makama,not to impose his opinion on the people over the chances of People’s Democratic Party, PDP in the November governorship election
The coordinator of Ankpa federal constituency of Abubakar Ibrahim for Kogi Governor In 2019, Dr Aminu Atabo,while reacting to the media statement by former lawmaker, cautioned him not to bite the finger that feeds him
Dr Aminu Atabo said they are not unaware of Makama’s gimmick to run down the former governors family, after benefiting his life’s fortune through the patriarch of the family
He warned the former lawmaker not to overheat the political space of Kogi, that had provided an enabling environment for both PDP and the former Governor’s son,Abubakar Ibrahim to salvage the state from the current maladminstration
Dr Atabo said the uncoordinated nature of the former lawmaker had portrayed him as a political nomad,
who is not to be trusted as a member of PDP in kogi and Nigeria at large
He said PDP has a process of conducting its primaries and had promised to be fair,credible in the conduct of the exercise in September,saying his alarm was needless and unnecessary
Atabo stated that PDP in kogi state is one united and indivisible family,saying members with inordinate ambition should desist from working against the victory and progress of the party in the state, come November
