Kogi East APC, Other Political Party Heavy Weights Gather At APC Zonal Chairman’s Fathers Burial in Ayingba

 

…Crowd Struggles to have a glimpse at Gov Bello’s Representative

Ojofu, a suburb community of Anyigba in Dekina local Government Area today collected many dignitaries from different parts of Kogi State today for the internment of the father of APC Kogi East Zonal Chairman, Hon. Ahmedi Attah. Highlight of the occasion was the drag and squeeze of men, women, youths and children who pushed for space to have a glimpse at His Excellency, the Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Chief Edward Onoja, who represented Governor Yahaya Bello at the burial ceremony.

The electric crowd cheered at his entrance, signaling solidarity for their son who is also the second citizen of the state. The eclectic crowd cheered his name as he alighted from his car to the gathering that has other party stalwarts, political heavyweights of past records and current occupiers who all rallied round Ahmedi Attah whom many described as a political prodigy that has set an unbreakable record in his short stint as zonal chairman of the party.

The Deputy Governor was led by Ahmedi Attah to sign the Condolence Register, before leading the body for final prayers. He also moved round in his usual style to exchange pleasantries with royal fathers present, youths and women of different age grades, political representatives of other parties and onward laying of the body to final rest.

Others present includes the nine (9), APC Local Government Chairmen, Iye Ijabe from Ofu LGA, women leaders, youth leaders and other party stalwarts.
