Kogi State High court sitting in Lokoja has granted a retraining order of an interim injunction against the Kogi State House of Assembly, the Chief Judge of Kogi state from deliberating or going further to take any further action in respect of the impeachment move against the Deputy Governor of the state, pending the determination of the motion on notice and the originating application before the court.
