A devastating incident has occurred in Etikpolo Anyigba, Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State, where a housewife, Mrs. Rose Eneojoh, was gruesomely murdered by unknown individuals.
According to the Kogi State Police Public Relations Officer, William Ovye Aya, the police have arrested one Muazu Muhammed in connection with the crime. The suspect is currently being held for further investigation, which has been transferred to Lokoja.
A family member, Charles Ile Umoru, took to social media to express his outrage and grief, revealing that the killers had demanded 200,000 Naira to assassinate Mrs. Eneojoh. Despite receiving more money from the victim, they still carried out the heinous act, leaving her husband and five young children in despair.
The senseless murder has sent shockwaves through the community, with many calling for justice and an end to such brutal acts. The police investigation is ongoing, and it is hoped that those responsible will be brought to justice.
