Kogi APC Crisis: Haddy Ametuo’s Plot to Withdraw Court Case Suffers Setback
….State Party Secretary, Tom Adejoh Prongs Hadi Ametuo’s Move to Bail Yahaya Bello off the Hook
The move by Hadi Ametuo, factional chairman of the Kogi State chapter of the All Progressives Congress to stall the progress of proceedings in the ongoing legal tussle to determine the authentic party executives in the state may have run into troubled waters as the State party secretary, Mr. Tom Adejoh, who filed the case with State party Chairman Hadi Ametuo is contrarily-disposed towards the withdrawal of the case.

The withdrawal case which is pending in an Federal High Court in Abuja is being hitched following an affidavit sworn and deposed to by the Hadi Ametuo factional secretary, Tom Adejoh.
While Hadi Ametuo is praying the court for a withdrawal of the case having had an out of court settlement and reconciliation with Governor Yahaya Bello, the State Secretary thinks otherwise as he maintained that other party executives are favourably disposed to the continuation of the case.
It will be recalled that the APC in Kogi State have had a two faction State executives; one led by Hadi Ametuo and the other faction selected and handpicked by Governor Yahaya Bello led by Abdullahi Bello (Dollar).
Few days ago, the governor’s overtures paid off as he was alleged to have settled with Hadi Ametuo. However, other members of the State executives led by Tom Adejoh declined being part of the settlement and reconciliation.
