Kogi 2019; Stop Indiscriminate Arrests Of PDP Members In Idah,Ajaka ; PDP Warns Kogi CP

The decisions of the police under the leadership of Hakeem Busari,Kogi Commissioner of Police to continue to take side with the APC members in Kogi,will affect free and fair contest in the next month’s election
PDP Campaign Council express this worries over the ongoing clampdown on PDP members in Idah and Ajaka  by the police in Kogi, under the instructions of the state CP,who now take instructions from the state government.
The Deputy Director Public Communication,Comrade  Usman Okai,Austin said the partial stance of the state police command, deserve to be overhaul to ensure a free electoral process in Kogi by November
The PDP said the activities of the Police and other security agencies is worsened by the special arm known as SARS Mopol,and DSS who are directly and indirectly working for the state government under the instructions of the state police command
As at press time,PDP members in Idah and igalamela were been harassed and arrested at gunpoint, for showing resistance to the satanic administration of Yahaya Bello in Kogi
The aim of the police and the state government, is to keep PDP members under arrest in connivance with Commissioner of police in Kogi ,Hakeem Busari towards the November election
“We should caution the commissioner and tell him the implication of taken side, as we will do all we can to protect ourselves and our votes in November election “
“Since the Police hierarchy in Kogi operates under the instructions of Governor Yahaya Bello, we are appealing to the Police IG to remove the CP and the Director of DSS in Kogi, before November election in the interest of fair play “
“As we speak,all the ward executives of PDP in Idah and Ajaka have been detained by the Police, with thugs led by CSP Abba Gana leading APC thugs to destroy billboards and posters of PDP candidate in Kogi east “
“Governor Yahaya Bello ,APC and the Police Commissioner are using the security agencies to harass PDP loyalists ,threaten Journalists and other support groups of PDP in Kogi east, after the failed Flag off yesterday”
“The PDP members does not intend to take laws into their hands,but will resist any glaring and confrontation on it’s members amidst provocation”
