Kogi Renaissance Group has described the emergence of one of the frontline governorship aspriant,Chief Joseph Ameh Erico,PDP from the blessings and rigours of screening of Kogi east elders as timely and reward for party supremacy
Group spokesman Abani Mohammed reacted to the emergence of the governorship hopeful, assured the people of Kogi east and the state at large of good governance and display of unequalled administrative experience,far from what the state is experiencing today
Mohammed said aside divine intervention and dedication to the course of his ambition,Chief Erico’s personal commitment to party welfare in the years under review placed him in a vantage position to rule the state as the next governor
He commended the governorship aspirant for piloting the affairs of the party in the 21 local government areas by offsetting the salaries of party Excos,provision of monthly logistics,renovation of party offices across the state as well as Zonal office in Anyigba
His philanthropic and life touching activities knew no bound,having provided social intervention like boreholes in some communities in Ojodu,Ofu local government,Ibana in Olamaboro local government
Chief Erico also facilitated PDP House of Assembly aspirants numbering about 25 through purchase of nomination forms and bank rolling of their election expenses, to enhance the chances of the party’s victory in the last election
His contributions to the Presidential election through provision of logistics to 21 local government areas to facilitate Atiku campaign program by investing in 21 cars stands out among the aspirants to kogi top job
Chief Erico did not only did all these alone,he ensured the victory of his party in Olamboro ward 2 in the last election as PDP won in the area
According to Mohammed,the glaring commitment of the aspirant earned him the judgment of Kogi east elders urging the teeming kogi indigenes to support his good intentions,promising a robust administration when elected by November this year
He urged other aspirants to rally round him to ensure the victory of PDP and returned the state lost glory back to the old order of seamless progress and development
