Jackson Ude, a former Director of Strategy and Communications under President Goodluck Jonathan, has release the list of those murdered by the former government of Yahaya Bello but the list released only covered Kogi central .

In his 8yrs reign as Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, supervised the political assassination of over 50 persons, some of who included the son of a 90yrs old former Senator Obaro Isa.
From number 7-12 are the thugs who had invaded the National Assembly in 2018 and snatched the maze from the National Assembly in a bid to stop the suspension of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege. Bello is said to be the one who supplied them as political thugs to any politician who needed the services of thugs.
Informants told me that they were not paid their dues and had threatened to expose Bello. Bello allegedly lured them to a location where they were all assassinated.
The man leading the killing squard made up of DSS and Navy personnel for him is Tijani ozigis Muhammad alias Oliver, an illiterate who was forcefully sponsored into the House of Reps by Bello
