Just In : Appeal Court Upholds Tribunal Ruling, Declares Natasha As The Authentic Winner of Kogi Central Senator Elect

The appeal court in Abuja has upheld the judgment of the Kogi state election petition tribunal sacking Senator  as a senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial district of the state.

OBSERVERSTIMES reports before now that The election petition tribunal sitting in Lokoja has declared Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan as the winner of the February 25 Kogi Central Senatorial election.

Delivering the ruling today on Tuesday the court of appeal  upheld the decision of the tribunal, declaring Natasha Akpoti as the legitimate representative of Kogi Central.

It held that the appeal of Sadiku-Ohere,challenging the judgment of the tribunal lacked merit.
