Joe Igbokwe accuses IPOB of setting his house on fire in Anambra

Unknown people set fire to country house Joe Igbokwe, a leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Igbokwe’s house, located in Nnewi, Anambra state, was destroyed on Sunday afternoon.

APC Stewart, which is based in Lagos state, alleged that the indigenous people of Biafra, IPOB, had led the action.

“IPOB has invaded my house in Nnewi pretty much now. I’m sure they took down my house giving away the jerry cans of gasoline that I saw being unloaded from their Sienna car via CCTV.

To God be the glory. I am still alive. My study is my greatest regret,” Igbokwe wrote on his famous Facebook page.

The CPA leader was one of the few prominent Igbo leaders to strongly oppose the activities of the secessionist group.

Joe Igbokwe had recently accused the IPOB of killing Chike Akunyili, the husband of the former director general of NAFDAC, Dora Akunyili.
