Immediate past Kogi Governor,Capt Idris Wada has described the new Jakadan Sokoto and former Kogi Governor,Alhaji Ibrahim Idris as a unique personality.
Capt Idris Wada revealed this during a reception to honour the former govenor who was turbaned along with 12 others at Grand Ibro Hotel Sokoto.
Wada who was the Chairman of the occassion said in the last nine years,the new Jakadan Sokoto has been living a quite private life, laced with supports and goodwill not only to the people of Kogi State,but entire Nigerians.
The former Govenor used the opportunity to extend an unreserved appreciation from the people of kogi state to the Sultanate for honoring the former Govenor,who inspite not an indigene,as Jakadan Sokoto (Ambassador).
He says because of his unique nature he was uniquely honored with such a prestigious title.
