It was with great shock that the leadership of the Igala Youth Council received the sad news of the transition of a great illustrious son, Alhaji Abdullahi Ibrahim SAN.
It is on this very sad note that the leadership ably led by the National President Comrade Collins Onogu expresses our commiseration with the Wife, Family, the great people of Igala Kingdom, the people and leadership of Kogi State and the Nation at large.
Alhaji Abdullahi Ibrahim SAN, was a quintessential gentleman in all ramifications.
Until his retirement and eventual death, Alhaji Abdullahi Ibrahim SAN, served his people and nation with great sense of utmost responsibility, competence and passion in various capacities.
He was a Legal Adviser in New Nigeria Development Company,
Minister for Education,
Minister for Science and Technology and Minister for Aviation. He equally served as the Attorney General of the Federation and the Minister for Justice of Nigeria.
He would be sorely missed because as a leading light and voice in the Igala Nation his death struck when his words of direction and advise would have been needed most. This and many more humanitarian services to his people makes his demise a collosal loss to the Igala Nation in particular.
It is our fervent prayer that Almighty Allah accepts his soul.
