Joe Igbokwe was on his Facebook account this afternoon to drop a hint on the next set of politicians Governor Nyesom Wike will be having a meeting with very soon. Joe Igbokwe said he heard that Governor Wike will meet with President Buhari, Bola Tinubu and APC governors anytime soon.
If this information is correct and the meeting eventually holds then it means that Governor Wike is consulting widely before he makes a decision. Recall that few days ago Governor Wike had a closed door meeting with Peter Obi at his private residence in Port Harcourt. The details of what was discussed in the meeting was not made public but Peter Obi’s supporters are looking forward to Wike’s support because he will definitely play a major role in the 2023 presidential election.
All we have to do now is fold our arms and wait to see if Wike will defect to another political party, because Wike has always bragged that he has been a member of PDP since 1998 and he has not left and he is also not planning to leave.
