Abubakar Ibrahim made the revelation on Sunday Politics, as a guest of the Channels television assured the people of the state of his desire to exploit his constitutional rights in his quest to govern Kogi state
According to Abubakar,it is not the family position that prompted him into aspiring to become the next governor of kogi state,after the envisaged victory of the next month primaries
Abubakar says he has the constitutional liberty as a citizen of the state and Nigeria and a member of the PDP; to vie and also support any aspirants and candidate of my choice
‘My ambition is not the in the testament of making an attempt to impose my family position on Kogi state,but my fundamental human rights and freedom of association and rights to participate’

‘Am fit,sound and had the prerequisite to attain the office of Kogi Governor, owning to my desire to exterminate the people of the state, from the doldrums of governor Yahaya Bello’s misrule in Kogi’
Abubakar says he didn’t even seek the consent of his father as former Kogi Governor, before his decision to aspire,as it was a pure and deliberate personal decisions.He said
