I am not perturbed by the number of aspirants,i will win PDP ticket-Omebije

PEOPLES Democratic Party (PDP) guber aspirant Hon Emmanuel Omebije campaign yesterday received  boasts when the youths of Iyagba East meet him in a private meeting in Lokoja expressed their support to Rt Hon Emmanuel Omebije to picked the governorship ticket of the party ahead of 2019 gubernatorial elections.
Speaking on behalf of the youth group, Hon Gbenga Olaniyi, declared their total support to Omebije
According to Gbenga, the project of delivering PDP in the state in 2019 is a collective one, hence the decision of all the youth of Kogi west to poll their support together.

“We have by today’s event directed all our members of Kogi emancipation movement supporters across the state to campaign from house-to-house, meet statutory delegates to ensure that the party ticket is deliver Omebije one of  the governorship aspirants of the party in the state.
He said that they would mobilize people of the state to ensure overall victory for the Omebije on the primary day.

Omebjie while reacting to this assurance from his supporters  assured the public that his campaign team  has a comprehensive blueprint to ensuring job creation, career progression for civil servants, address security challenges among others, speaking on the number of aspirants dangling for the party ticket Omebije said he is not intimidate or perturbed by that but insisting that his credentials and prerequisite experience has placed him ahead of others.

His statement read:
“I am not disturbed or perplex  by the number of those seeking for the same mandate as i am, , it is a confirmation on  how prepared and ready the  Kogites are to get rid themselves of the misfortune that has befallen them. Politics is an interest-driven event and a game of numbers. By this number, Kogites will have enough time to dig deep, weigh their options and build bridges along lines that inspire hope and confidence for a better and greater Kogi State. I am confident and inspired by the opportunities available at the moment to contribute my quota and I will not hesitate to explore all options available to me. If we must be fair and just in the negotiations for political power, representation and balancing, then Dekina must be allow to complete
