Mr Abbas,aka Hushpuppi known for his lavish lifestyle on Instagram, has been extradited to the United States of America to face trial for alleged cyber-fraud, possibly money laundering, among other crimes has become a subject of controversy in Nigeria.
At different times, Hushpuppi was seen photographed in Dubai, with Femi Gbajabiamila, former Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki and Senator Dino Melaye, but finding revealed that there is a new twist to Hushpuppi story as some has hellbent on making political gain out of it, from failed expectation of mentioning Senator Melaye name to rumor of Senator Melaye begging people to take down his picture with Hushpuppi.

“There was never a time l ask people not to post my pictures with Hushpuppi or anyone for that matter because there is no reason to. Am a political celebrity, please continue posting jare. Wetin bird chop na im e go carry fly.”
