ADC Governorship Candidate Hon. Leke Abejide, Yesterday, visited the immediate Peoples Democratic party Chieftains,Hon. Usman Austin Okai in Abuja.
Abejide was accompanied by Arc. Hon Samak, the House of Representative elected for Kabba/ Ijumu, Federal Constituency.
Speaking during the visit,he explained the relationship between the East and the West before now, he emphasized show the west has been following the East in so many political decisions.
Speaking on his achievements as a member of the House of Representatives,He disclosed that he has been paying WAEC fees for the people of Yagba federal constituency, and Kabba/ Ijumu federal constituency.
When asked to extend the payment to Kogi East,he said ” I will pay the WAEC fee for 9 local governments of Kogi East by AUGUST this year, that is before the general election.
“The west is the most marginalized Senatorial district in Kogi East and that they have never had a taste of Lugard house, this was his response after I told him of the demand for Igala agenda .
” While talking of the agenda we must not forget our brother from the West who has long stood with us in the East” .
Meanwhile, Austin Okai commended his visit and wished him luck.
