For Mariam Amaka Umar-Eluma,the young CEO of the global Company Hobeei decisions to delve into humanitatian activities, not only in Nigeria but across the globe for the betterment,welfare encompassing social services is unique and unprecedented in the history of Nigeria and it’s citizens.
The global CEO in his 20’s initiatives at this point of her life has proven that Nigeria as a country is still saddled with the potentials of well thought youths who could take this country to the promise land, through greater heights of efforts of young Amaka Mariam Umar-Eluma.
Emerging from the world approved transparent online process devoid of any encumbrances as top 10 Finalist out of 850 participants /contestants from 73 Countries and Nations, shows a lot of leadership qualities innately on one of the contingents of world Earth Tech Challenge contest in Australia from Nigeria .
For a journey that started long before now, culminated into the main contest online some weeks back, that climaxed into her emergence as the 10 top Finalist to the world recognised, and acknowledged SDGs pre qualified Earth Tech challenge.
It was a great foresight for the CEO Hobeei to choose to mitigate humanitatian crises that bedevilled his immediate country Nigeria and the globe at a very young age,this had displayed the patritioc zeal of some Nigerans to relive our hope in the country.
SDGs current activities metamorphosed from the Millennium Developement Goals(MDGs), template geared towards addressing the huge gap of basic social stratification that had criss crossed all Nations, particularly the underdeveloped and developing Nations which Nigeria as a country was largely involved.
With a target achievable period,the MDGs was able to surpass the perimeter of the basis and indices of underdeveloped societies of the targeted Nations,so as to also maintained the standard rather than drift backwards.
So, the arrival of the winner of top 10 Finalist and CEO of Hobeei, to a tumultuous crowd and in high spirit from Australia, is an indication that her ideas and ideals towards advancing the activities of SDGs, will be redouble both in developing and underdeveloped countries, and Nations after his emergence.
In that light,she and her global conglomerate,Hobeei world-wide would have contributed in a great measure to addressing the crises of both human and natural occurrence across this targeted Nations and particularly in Nigeria and African continent in general.
SDGs with multiple goals is already one of the darling programs of the 74th UN General Assembly, with an achievable targets deliberated extensively in the last october meeting, reiterated it’s commitement and support to the basic goals of Girl child education, Women inclusion, Health, Education and other critical issues among others .
Having a representative or focal person of the world body program powered by the UN Nations drived by the young energetic Hobeei group after the contest,will be the best thing that will happen to Nigeria in recent times.
This will not only contribute to the social, economic development of the country,but will further address myriads of our political problems through social and economic emancipation.
Hobeei would also succeeded in addressing the biting issues of climate change,drought,food crises among others which Nigeria as a target will be better of among many African and Asian countries.
Her emergence alone,had catapulted the image of Nigeria in the global world, not minding the current sanctions into enviable heights, among the comity of Nations.
It is our hope that Hobeei having fulfilled the basic requirements in far away Australia,will become the pride of Nigeria on its emergence, success of the assignment and examination.
