Heavily Armed Bandits Stormed Emir Of Zazzau Emirate kidnap four

Suspected bandits on Friday kidnapped four persons in Zangon Shanu and Unguwar Liman in the Sabon Gari Local Government Area of Zazzau Emirate, Kaduna State.

Dr. Usman Abdul, a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, who lived in Sabon Gari Local Government told DAILYPOST this evening that three males and a house wife were kidnapped by bandits who stormed the villages around 1.am on Friday morning.

According to him, no ransom has been demanded as the bandits have not contacted the relatives of the victims.

The Kaduna State Police Command has confirmed the bandits attack.

A statement on Friday by the spokesperson, ASP Mohammed Jalige, read: “three male and one female victim were kidnapped.’’

According to Jalige, the command had deployed officers of the anti-kidnap unit to rescue them.

He pleaded with residents of the state to always provide them with useful information of any strange movement around their environments.
