On a day like this in the heart of great men favoured by nature among equals, celebration alone is not the order of the day, most often reflection takes over the cloud and mind of the celebrant and the mind of genuine well wishers. Your Excellency, As you clock another year today I wish you many more years ahead, may this day bring you good health and GODS guidance, amen.
Your emergence to some of us was heralded with joy of a generational power shift come to pass, it was to a shift to the son of a nobody, unlike in the past where the big Q will be asked, “Who is his father” from that day I came to the full realization that once one is determined he achieves. Your Excellency sir, when you began the journey and decided to sanitise the civil service though a norm by successive governments, some not implemented some done with motives, I was optimistic this will weed away bad eggs, weed away people who had totally fake credentials disproving me with a genuine one to get into the system, in short a tomato festival was organised to celebrate this.
The verification went on and on, some of us loosed confidence in it when it went endless, when it took a dimension of a marathon race, here I believe we got it wrong, we because, you are representing a generation your Excellency. I believe it can still be corrected, though been easy is far from it, genuine staffs should remain at their work place and quite account check be done to ascertain their payment level or banks should forward with strong warning accounts of civil servants and the claim if I am not paid, I am owed will be laid to rest.
Your Excellency, as you celebrate today know that there are people out there who still believe in you no mater the insult they receive, make them proud. I equally wish to suggest that you go out your self to check all the projects you are told to have been or is under construction to know the reality. As a leader in my own sphere I know leadership is not easy but GOD guidance if genuinely sort is key. GOD will guide you. From Lokoja i say a Happy Birthday once more Your Excellency.
