Happening Now: FCCPC holds Four-Day Complaint Resolution Platform for consumers under the jurisdiction of Port-Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED) at St. Paul’s Cathedral, Garrison, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.

The Complaint Platform, which started today, Monday, 27th Sept will last until Thursday, 30th Sept 2021.

The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA) and Port-Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED) are participating in the event, which serves as a one-stop shop for the resolution of electricity consumer complaints.

Babatunde Irukera, Executive Vice Chairman/CEO, FCCPC and the Commission’s Executive Commissioner (Operations), Dr. Adamu Abdullahi, including the Director General, Cross-River State Electrification Agency, Mr. Stanley Boyce Nsemo, are at today’s session.

Electricity consumers are advised to seek redress for their complaints at the platform.

Opening hours: 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday – Thursday this week.
