Governor Sule Pays PDP Chieftain Visit After Medical Treatment

A former member of the Nigerian Senate and chieftain of the opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Philip Aruwa Gyunka has returned to Nigeria from abroad after medical treatment.

Senator Gyunka who represented Nasarawa North district at the 8th Senate received Governor Abdullahi A. Sule and other well wishers at his hilltop mansion in Akwanga on a “get well soon” visit.

In the entourage of the governor were his aide, Hon. Yakubu Kwanta Bohar and APC Chairmanship Candidate of the area, Hon. Leweh Emmanuel among others who sympathized and prayed with the former lawmaker for speedy and perfect recovery.

In his remarks, Senator Gyunka who is currently recuperating from the treatment thanked the governor and his entourage for the visit.

The opposition figure assured Governor Sule of his unalloyed support to his administration to exceed all expectations for the overall good of the state.
