“Government is intimidating her”Court Violated Funke Akindele Rights ht Says the judgement is unconstitutional-Musa Isah Edogbanya

After court ruling that sentenced Nollywood actress Funke Akindele and her husband to 14 days labour and compulsory quarantine, the social media commentator and an opinion writer Musa Isah Edogbanya lambasted the Judge that relievers they ruling according to him

The court erred for sentencing Funke Akindele owing to the facts that nothing in the constitution to how that the popular actress has violated any law

“This sentence is unconstitutional, and has violated there constitutional rights enshrined in chapter 4, section 42, 43 & 44, and in section 6 and 36 of the constitution of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The sentence is unlawful illegal and above all unconstitutional.

The constitution cannot confer a right on which cannot be exercise or enjoyed.
APC lead federal and states gov’ts should learn how to protect the fundamental principles of the Nigeria constitution, which they all sworn to with the Holy Bible and the Holy Qur’an to protects and uphold under any circumstance. Funke and her husband should approach the higher court not only to quash the sentence but seeking for General Damages, a declaration that there fundamental rights as enshrined in the constitution of federal Republic of Nigeria has been violated by Lagos State Govt, l can assure u they’ll will at the end of the case.
Until there is a constitutional amendment no state or federal laws or act of parliament can override the section of the constitution sited above, for now is only God that can set it aside, even supreme court of APC cannot set aside this rights.“

100k Fine each
