Gov Darius Ishaku working a safe future for Taraba

A good leader has a futuristic vision and knows how to turn his ideas into real-world success stories. And this is not far from the man Darius Dickson Ishaku who has often turned imaginations into reality

Probably the most difficult job for most leaders is to persuade others to follow, Ishaku’s administration has continued to gain support and followers because of his styling qualities of governance, he cares more about what the state need rather than want.

Darius Ishaku has so availed him self to a stand where When the going gets tough, they look up to him to see how he react to the situation whether he will handle it well, so that they will follow which he often beats their imaginations.

Darius has always based his arms round the keys of a true leader, who always thinks positive and this positive approach has been visible through his actions, he Stays calm under pressure and keep the motivation level up. These and many more has kept the rescue team on track and focused towards the vision of growing Taraba to what its need and not what it wants.

As John Quincy Adams will say, “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader”. you will agree with me that Quincy Adams words fits into the man Darius as his followers today offers their best with more efforts by just looking at his actions.

Ishaku has put into them this simple understanding that “When your teammates see you getting your hands dirty, they will also give their best shot” that’s why most times he instructs and in turn joins in getting the assignment done.

Arnold H Glasow said, “A good leader takes little more than his share of the blame and little less than his share of the credit.” I wrote this in my last article where I said Gov Ishaku shares a little in any positive results which comes as a result of the teams efforts but embraces the entire blame that arises alone.

This has put him on the scale of leaders with futuristic plans and leaders with such plans are always resilient and have a positive attitude Irrespective of how difficult the circumstances might be, you will find them rallying their followers.

Problems in every government is inevitable but the ability to handle them is what turns them into a stepping stone and that is why when most people are busy in complaining about the problems, Gov Darius Ishaku is always focused on the solutions, not always talking the problems and he has through this solve alot of problems which many of his colleagues have wondered how he he does it.

Lastly, don’t forget that innovation and creative thinking, as well as the futuristic vision, are a couple of leadership qualities that make up good leaders. Think this think Darius and you will understand where Taraba is going to and where we shall be in the nearest future.

Taraba is on her way to greatness Rescue mission phase II on course DDI walking Taraba to a brighter path
