Perhaps in our observation, followership and monitoring of political discourse in this republic. You may have come across or heard political actors laying claim to certain terminologies cliches and promises such as freedom, security-poor-good, deteriorating-breakdown depending on which side of the aile these actors find themselves.
Again, they verbosely pronounce and proclaim other such as “ours is a rich political tradition ” change “mostly repeatedly sang only when on verge than in power, lately ” the change the change” and the almighty prosperity, employment, job, and cash in the pocket gospel. All of these are perfect description of glittering generalization meant to buy the hearts and minds of their audience to increase the support base.
Glittering generality is a vague word or phrase used to evoke positive feelings rather than to convey information. We have heard and listen to our political actors make claims that sounds sweet to the ear, but in real terms are never actually communicating. But kudos to Hon. David Zacharias who came to change the narratives at our doorstep; Idah Federal Constituency.
Since we have drawn the curtains of 2019 into the glorious year 2020, it’s pertinent and I wish to submit humbly cum publicly my eternal gratefulness to Hon David Zacharias who have made life exceptionally remarkable and experiential for the good people of Idah Federal Constituency.
Hon. David Zacharias has been our favorite for his accessibility nature which made him stand out among his contemporaries. We are use to men of his caliber who never has time for the common man on the street but he has changed the antiquated formation.
His interactions are engaging and stimulating, in him you find tangible approach to governance. Today in Nigeria, Hon David Zach is inarguably of the shinning light of legislative references. He’s a leader in tandem with realities around and his people are always with him for his tremendous sacrifices.
The beneficiaries of his constant magnanimity is enough to tell how humane he is, and coherent with the Goverment of the day in delivering the dividends of democracy to his people. With him, the sparkles from the good memories of yesterday ignite the hope of tommorow.
He’s inherently great. This is quite evidently in his career progression, a typical example of a true leader. Within the ambit of my knowledge, he’s a faultless human being who always react to a difficult situation in an euphemistics manner.
It has been an iteration on his scorecard delivering dividends of democracy to his people across his Constituency hitherto.
Hon Zacharias has took to drilling of boreholes across his constituency most especially those areas in urgent need of water. Most of these projects have been completed and already in use. This is one of the fulfillment of his promises just about six months in office.
The Installation of streetlight across the constituency to beautify the streets and ease the use of the road especially at night cannot be overemphasized
Hon Zacharias has curtailed the appalling issues of security in Ejule, most especially in the last presidential and guber election. There was no single gunshot since after ten years of election violence recorded in Ejule community.
He brought the initiative of Cultural dance and different form of competition across the constituency to bring about love and harmony among the constituents which is first in history.
Hon Zacharias has empower 843 constituents via cultural orientation program which took place at CSS EJULE during yuletide. Aside that, physical cash has been given to different groups and association across the constituency to start a new life and any lucrative business of their choice.
Hon Zacharias has secured different jobs to his people and some are undergoing due process which cut across different agencies and parastatals.
In the spirit of yuletide celebration, he launched another empowerment program which was the talk of the Town and was highly commended by the Deputy Governor; Chief Edward Onoja. This auagust program was attended by reputable persons like Hon. Mustapha Audu; Apc guber candidate, Kogi East Apc Zonal Chairman; Hon Attah Ahmedi, and the wife of the Deputy Governor; Mrs Ejura Onoja to mention but few where he distributed the following items:

c. Clippers and sterilizer
f. Fridge
g. Generators
h. Smoked fish processor
i. Sewing machine
j. Industrial machine
k. Design machine
l. Coolers
m. Rubbers
n. Stainless containers
o. Tray…..etc
This will go a way to help reduce the rate of abject poverty and starvation in the land as we ask for MORE. This gargantuan achievements is second ato none in the history of Idah Federal Constituency and we shall get to the eldorado of greatness in the next four years by the special grace of God.
