Renowned Nigerian rapper and activist, Folarin Falana, known as Falz, has come forward to confirm that he had been in contact with controversial social media personality, Bobrisky, amid legal issues earlier this year. Falz revealed that Bobrisky had pleaded with him for N3m to secure a VIP section at the Correctional Centre.
This revelation follows a letter from Falz’s legal team demanding the retraction of defamatory statements made against the rapper by Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan. The letter clarified that while Bobrisky did reach out to Falz for advice, Falz categorically denied providing any financial assistance, emphasizing that no payments were made.
In light of these developments, Falz’s lawyers have demanded a public apology and retraction of the defamatory statements within 24 hours, with the threat of legal action looming if not complied with.
