Exposed: How Kogi APC Bribed INEC to Rig Natasha’s Senatorial Election
Leaked audio conversation between the Administrator of Okehi local government, Abdulraheem Ohiare and INEC official has emerged. This showed how Kogi APC bribed the state INEC to rig Kogi Central senatorial election.
Ohiare who is famous for championing the instructions of governor Yahaya Bello in Kogi Central has been leaked to different undemocratic practises in recent times.
In the leaked audio conversation, while speaking with the INEC official, Mr. James Yiyeh, the Okehi Administrator said he was with the Kogi State Resident Electoral Commissioner, Prof. James Apam stating that he called to confirm if Yiyeh has collected the seven point five million naira for Okehi INEC officials.
The leaked audio conversation disclosed that the seven point five million naira which is from Kogi APC was meant for INEC officials in each of the five local government of Kogi Central.
In the leaked audio conversation, it was further revealed that INEC officials in each of the local government in Kogi Central did not just only collect the seven point five million naira each but also collected other financial inducement to rig the election.
