Exposed: Memo Explains How Goodluck Jonathan Approved Allocation of Abacha Loot Recovered in 2015 to Dasuki.

 
Details have emerged of how Nigerian government officials extracted from funds looted during the regime of late General Sani Abacha, recovered in a memo exchange  between the former minister of  finance under Goodluck Jonathan Dr Okonjo Iweala and the embattle former national security Col Sabo Dasuki Memo requesting the transfer  of  $300 Million and £5.5 Million of Abacha loot recovered to the office of the NSA for the purpose of war against Boko Haram,
Attached is the  memo that was approved by Goodluck Jonathan on 29th January 2015, In a copy obtained by THE OBSERVERS TIMES.
