Ex-Lawmaker, Haruna Yusuf Emerge Chairman POHAN In Kogi

 
The national secretariat of the umbrella body of former and serving Public Office Holders Association of Nigeria (POHAN) has announced the approval of Barr Haruna Okpanachi Yusuf as the acting chairman, Kogi State chapter of POHAN. Hon. Haruna was carefully selected and his choice agreed upon in an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Trustees of the association in Abuja on Monday after considering other nominations. Haruna was elected in 2003 to represent Igalamela-Odolu constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly. He was appointed special assistant to the Kogi state governor on international economic relations between 2008-2012 and later served as a special adviser to Kogi state Governor on legislative and assembly matters between 2016-2019.
The board of trustees of the association, having approved the appointment of Barr Haruna Okpanachi Yusuf as acting Chiarman POHAN, Kogi state chapter, added that his resumption is with immediate effect.
