Enugu State Commissioner for Health, Prof.
Prof. Ugochkwu, a renowned Surgeon died on Friday at an elitist hospital in Enugu after a long illness.
Before becoming a Commissioner, he also served as the Provost College of Medicine at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, ESUTH.
But Enugu State Government has not officially confirmed it.
