#Endbadgovernance: DJ Switch Calls for Unity Among Nigerians Ahead of Planned Protest

Catherine Udeh, popularly known as DJ Switch, has urged Nigerians to put aside tribal and religious differences and unite against the country’s mismanaging political class. In a post on her X page, Switch emphasized the need for citizens to come together to fight for their rights and save Nigeria from economic mismanagement.

She alleged that some politicians supporting the protest are only doing so for “record purposes” and to deceive the youths. Switch emphasized that the political class will continue to exploit Nigeria’s resources until citizens decide to take action.

She wrote, “They say there’s a time for everything… A time to sleep, play, work, fight, or die! Africa needs to know what time it is! If you recognize what time it is, then you know what to do!”

Switch stressed that the political class is aware of the planned protest but is confident that nothing will happen due to the divisions among Nigerians. She urged citizens to understand that the political class doesn’t care about the country’s well-being and is only interested in exploiting its resources.

She concluded by emphasizing the need for unity, saying, “The tribal division they’ve sown amongst us was a desperate move… Let’s not sell our children for the brown envelope.”
