The Cherubim and Seraphim (C&S) Church has issued a stern warning to its prophets and members, prohibiting them from engaging in rituals or providing spiritual support to individuals involved in cybercrime, commonly referred to as “Yahoo boys.”
The church’s leadership emphasized that such practices are contrary to Christian teachings and values, and urged its members to desist from any activities that promote or facilitate fraud, deception, or harm to others.
The move is seen as a step towards promoting ethical behavior and upholding the moral standards of the Christian faith, while also addressing the growing concern of cybercrime in Nigeria.
