Nasiru Jagaba, a former youth leader, southern kaduna people’s union, has said that the governor of Kaduna State, mallam Nasir Elrufai should be held responsible for the incessant killings in Southern Kaduna. He alleged that the enforced curfew in the region was meant to offer convenience for the fulani militia to attack.
