Eid-Al-Fitr: Natasha Akpoti Calls for Unity, Tolerance amist Pandemy

The Kogi State SDP Gubernatorial Candidate and Founder, Natasha Akpoti Impact Investment Limited, Barr. Natasha Hadiza Akpoti has called all religious faithfuls across Kogi State, Nigeria and the world over to strengthen the cord of unity and tolerance among one another while intensifying prayers and measures against the world pandemic COVID19.

Akpoti made this call in her felicitation message to her Muslim family, friends and teeming supporters across Kogi State and other world regions as they celebrate eid-al-fitr to mark the end of one month ramdan fasting.

While urging everyone to continue to observe all health safety measures against the pandemic Covid19, Natasha expressed optimism over the world overcoming the challenge soon. In her words, Akpoti said “I know how much this period of covid19 has cost our various lives and endeavors, but I am very optimistic that we shall overcome soon. I appreciate your level of coordination in all the palliatives we have given out, both online and physical donations. I really wish I could touch every single household but I am sure the little I could offer shall complement gestures from other sources.

Let us continue to unite ourselves, tolerate one another’s religions and beliefs. That is the only way we can address our common plight and get a lasting solution. No good development can thrive under discrimination, hatred, nepotism and chaos.

She equally seize the opportunity to once again thank the People of Kogi state for the overwhelming support they gave to her in the last Kogi Governorship Election. “Even though your determination to elect the right leader was marred with violence and electoral malpractice, I remain grateful for the love and massive support I got. We shall use every legal tool available to us to seek redress and set Kogi on the right track for all of us.

Thank you all and Eid Mubarak!”
