As of the latest updates from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) regarding the Edo State governorship election, results from 13 out of the 18 Local Government Areas (LGAs) have been announced. The All Progressives Congress (APC) is currently in the lead with a total of approximately 180,369 votes, followed closely by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with 160,333 votes. The Labour Party (LP) is trailing significantly with 10,247 votes.
