He further stated that this appointment is coming at the right time giving the increased demand for justice in the country. In his word, Dr. Akor stated that Justice Hussein is known for his doggedness and uprightness for truth and justice. His integrity would stand the test of time in this new office.

OBSERVERS TIMES recall that President Muhammadu Buhari approved the appointment of Justice Husseini Baba-Yusuf as acting Chief Judge of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Buhari’s approval was sequel to the recommendation of the National Judicial Council (NJC).
