Igala Youth Leaders Assembly IYLA,Berates Gov.Bello Over His Unguarded Statement on The Recent Judgement By The FHC Siitting in Lokoja That Returned Ajaokuta,Lokoja and Kotonkarfe to Ata Igala.

The landmark judgement that returned Ajaokuta, Lokoja and Kotonkarfe to the Ata Igala on 2nd June 2020,was one of the best judgement in the history of our jurisprudence and conflict resolution in Nigeria.
That the Ata Igala leased the lands in question to the Queen of England in 1841is undisputable fact hence, the unassailable judgement by the FHC sitting in Lokoja on 2nd June 2020.

Gov Bello is not a judge and as such has little or no sound knowledge about the position of our laws hence we found his ill-conceived and ill-motivated press statement vexatious, contemptuous and malodorously targeted
against the Igala race to score cheap political gains.

The Ata’s move to reclaim his land is not out of conventional approach in democratic settings such as ours so, we found it an embarrassment the provocative and irritating statement on a no room for imperialism insinuations to ridicule the revered and sacred stool of the Igala race.

The ‘tatatocratic’ regime should not continue to relish in the emporiums of the past ‘tatato’-electoral pseudo victory to cow our people in this matter as the issue at hand is beyond individual or group.
We must therefore allow justice to prevail rather than fanning the embers of discord that could jeopardize the peace in the state today.

We want to state unequivocally that this issue is not meant to appease any group but certainly to set the record straight as to who owns the land under review. It about social justice, about the remediation, recovery and restoration of the hitherto excised Igala territory.

It all about the legal correctness and clinical surgery that could meet legal brevity on the resonating theatre devoid of sanctimonious acrimony as it were.
It about the sanctity of the SACRED SANCTUARY of the Igala NOBLE Kingdom that was surgically excised and robbed off of her heritage by the colonial masters in their bid to create a new Nigeria.

The Ata’s STOOL is beyond any reprobative political abracadabra with their miniaturized systemic FLU as it predates the almagamation that midwifed the birth of Nigeria in 1914.

Gov Bello’s delusional facades and inglorious gut is questionable as we scrutinize and weigh his bald efferontry, eggregious termerity, reprehensile idiosyncrasies, weird audacity and notorious vituperation to vilify his Royal Majesty, Ata Akpoli, Ogbaikolo Obobolo, Olo ki ma nelo n!

The ragtagged and stage-managed press statement only goes to show that the puppet has only exposed his hidden hatred for the Igala race through his unguarded statement.

We must stand tall above the obnoxious rivalries arising from this untoward phenomenon as we build a strong WALL around his Royal Majesty in total defense against the arrogance and manipulative tendencies of the roguish regime of GYB.

Arise oh ye VALIANT WARRIORS and ARTICULATE SCHOLARS of the great Igala kingdom to defend and uphold her territorial integrity, dignity and unbeatable HERITAGE.

The evil drum of anarchy and their orchestra concerts will be met with stiff resistance as we are law abiding people.
I call on our youths and all stakeholders to remain calm as we keep vigilance to forestall any acrimonious act that could trigger civil and ethnic unrest in the state.

We will defend our land and her people where necessary using the instrument of law and order as enshrined in the 1999 constitution as amended.

This matter is between the Igala kingdom and the federal republic of Nigeria and Kogi State government.
We appeal to individuals or groups that may be interested in this matter to approach the appellate court to exercise their rights rather than taking laws into their hands.

Gov Bello should stop inciting the public against his Royal Majesty Dr Idakwo Ameh Oboni 11 and the entire Igala nation as his primary responsibility is to protect and maintain law and order in the state.

If there were any iota of imperialistic protrusion or incursion on this matter, they were likely those credited to Gov Bello while carrying out his ill-advsed press statement and not his Royal Majesty Dr Idakwo Ameh Oboni 11, the Ata Igala and Chairman Kogi state council of chiefs.

Gov Bello’s imperialistic propensities necessitated the call and, watered the ground for one Tom Ohikere,a known fugitive, vociferous vulgarian and unfortunate sadist with his vulturine tantrums to demand for the dethronement of Ata Igala with total ignominy.

We are unperturbed, though imperiled by the unprovoked and unwarranted name callings,we will resist any acts of lawlessness, impunity and untoward rascality to denigrate the Ata’s STOOL.
We will not condone any breach of law and order that negate the provisions of the law as peace must be maintained no matter whose ox is gored.

Long live his Royal Majesty Ata Idakwo Ameh Oboni 11.
Long live Igala kingdom.
Long live Kogi state.
Long live Fed republic of Nigeria.
Long live Igala Youth Leaders Assembly IYLA.
