Yoruba Parapo,a political movement to advance the political ambition of Senator Ahmed Bola Tinubu Presidential ambition has sent a message to Kogi Governor,Alhaji Yahaya Bello,saying South West is the exclusive political capital of the APC leader, and it is no go area for him.
A statement issued by Adigun Sunday on behalf of the members in the South West states of Oyo, Lagos,Kwara,Ondo,Ekiti,Ogun and Osun states says the people of the area will not tolerate political betrayers such as Kogi Governor,Yahaya Bello.
He says ‘BAT for President’ had began earnest mobilisation for the Jagaban of Borgu in the old Western region that covered Edo and Delta states including the South West geopolitical zone.
The highest political betrayel came from Kogi Governor,who would not have secured a second term, not after the Intervention of the APC national leader and on an agreed political template, only for him to embark on fruitless and teleguided Presidential ambition without recourse to either the former arrangement or governance of Kogi State.
He warned that no amount of intimidation, connivance and needless re-arrangement will stop the APC national leader from vying for Nigeria President.
‘Since Charity begins at home, we have cordoned off both the South- West geopolitical zone and the old Western region in support of Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu.’
‘We are determined to wrestle power and at the same time salvage the APC from the hands of shylock leaders and driver’s towards the realization of the ambition of Tinubu’.
‘Any calculated attempts is just a mere distraction of the APC national leader than cannot stand the taste of time towards 2023’.
‘We are not unaware that some persons like Yahaya Bello is been used to distract the serious business of installing BAT in 2023.’
‘BAT has come, seen and conquered all political gimmicks and will not stoop too low to some mercenaries hob- nobbing to become Nigerian President.’
‘For a Governor who has not live up to expectations in the governance of Kogi with less than 2M citizens,he wonders how such individual will be entrusted with Nigeria voyage.’ He warned.
