The senior Pastor of House Of Honor Covenant Center, Abuja has commissioned the newly ordained pastors, Evangelist and Deaconess to continue to work harder in doing the works of the Master that has called them to His service.
The ordained are: Pastor Elias Odeh Smart, Pastor Nathaniel Ayih, Pastor Abayomi Adebisi, Pastor Christopher Ossai, Evangelist Adenike Adebisi and Deaconess Precious Moses.
The Church located at 2nd Floor Sunrise Complex Gwarinpa Express Road, Galadima Bus-Stop, Abuja., Abuja, Nigeria, with Pastor David Gold as the Snr Pastor.
One of the major attractions of the event was a song ministration by Akin Praise.
In Christianity, the Great Commission is the instruction of the resurrected Jesus Christ to his disciples to spread his teachings to all the nations of the world.
The most famous version of the Great Commission is in Matthew 28:16–20, where on a mountain in Galilee Jesus calls on his followers to make disciples of and baptize all nations in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
The Great Commission is similar to the episodes of the commissioning of the Twelve Apostles found in the other Synoptic Gospels, though with significant differences. Luke also has Jesus dispatching disciples during his ministry, sending them to all the nations and giving them power over demons, including the Seventy disciples.
So also is the purpose for today’s ordination, to depopulate the kingdom of the devil and populate the kingdom of God.
The Snr Pastor prayed that the Lord that have chosen them will equip them with the auction to function in their various assignment.
In his final remarks, Pastor David Gold Toluhi said “Great is our God and greatly to be praised. Awesome moment in His presence at HoH. Thank you my own brother, pastor Olusegun Toluhi for the message. To all the ordained ministers, congratulations. Do the work of master”.
