Director General, National Productivity Centre NPC,Dr Kashim Akor has again emphasised on the need for training and retraining of the workforce to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Dr Akor dropped this admonition at a one day workshop organised for all Directors in the Oyo state public service held at Ibadan,the state capital.

He stressed the need for all particpants to develop a culture of continuous improvement in all their activities as that will ultimately promote both individual an organisational productivity.
