The Development Bank of Nigeria Plc, as part of its 2023 International Women’s Day Celebrations hosted an event yesterday to reiterate the importance of women in society.
The theme for this year’s IWD is: Digit All: Technology & Innovation for Gender Equality.
The event which was held yesterday at the Shehu Musa Yar’ Adua Conference Center in Abuja, had in attendance Mrs. Clare Omatseye, MD/CEO JNC International, who was the keynote speaker, Dr. Tony Okpanachi, MD/ CEO, DBN, Mrs. Dame Pauline Kedem Tallen, Honorable Minister of Women Affairs represented by Mrs. Friiya Bulus Director, Gender Affairs, and Hajiya Zainab Shamsuna Ahmed, Honourable Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, represented by Mrs. Omobola Olushola- Dada, Director Human Affairs FMF, and Senator-Elect, Mrs. Ireti Heebah Kingibe.
