COVID-19 : Local Hospital Collected N100k to hide coronavirus infected Patient in Markurdi.

Governor Samuel Ortom while addressing newsmen on the development identified the victim as Suzan Okpe who returned from the UK a few days ago .

He said the reason for announcing the name is for people who have come in contact with the said victim to avail themselves for necessary actions .

The Governor disclosed that two blood samples of suspected cases were taken to Abuja but the NCDC confirmed the other one negetive and one positive .

However,the young man who first raised the alarm of a suspected case of Coronavirus at the Grace Cottage hospital in Makurdi has reacted to the new development. Taking to Facebook he wrote;

There’s nothing Breaking about the confirmed case of Corona virus in Makurdi. Susan Okpe the lady that was tested positive was kept in a private suit at Grace Cottage hospital Makurdi where she paid up to 100k

She stayed in that hospital for a period of 6days, the hospital was further fumigated two days after she arrived but the sad part is that her relatives were always with her in that private suit, they go home to wash her clothes daily, they use okada, they visit public places all to the knowledge of the doctor.

I personally called the NCDC to inform them with reliable sources but they said its none of my business but only the doctor can report to them.. I made a post here to inform people but nobody took any of my post serious. Some even said I’m looking for likes and some people said I’m trying to tarnish the name of the hospital..

I was threatened with police arrest and i deleted all the post in that regard. Today I’m seeing Breaking News everywhere on Facebook confirming those same allegations i made some few days ago and i ask what’s so special about the breaking news, Andy Andera AjohnAy Cmo wrote.
